Available PT Services

We offer both intensive and traditional outpatient therapy services. Intensive sessions include an individualized combination of DMI, NISE-Stim, whole body vibration, and traditional therapy. See below for details of our offerings:

Intensives

Intensive PT sessions include 45-50 minutes of direct therapy with 10-15 minutes left for caregiver education/training and a review of the session.

Intensives can be provided in the following formats:

  • Mini Intensive: 1x/day for 1 week (5days)
  • Standard Intensive: 2x/day for 1 week (5 days) 
  • Deluxe Intensive: 2x/day for 2 -3 weeks 

*Intensives can be booked independently or in conjunction with OT, pending availability.*

Traditional Outpatient Therapy

Initial PT Evaluation & Assessment:

An initial PT evaluation and assessment includes up to 60 minutes of observation and direct time spent with the child and a detailed written report including goals and plan of care (provided to caregiver within 1 week). 

Individual PT Treatment Session (30 minutes):

Your child will receive direct therapy for 20-25 minutes with 5 minutes left for caregiver education and a review of the session. 

Individual PT Treatment Session (60 minutes):

Your child will receive direct therapy for 45-50 minutes with 10-15 minutes left for caregiver education and a review of the session.

**PLEASE NOTE** Our facility is located in the lower level of a multi-disciplinary medical office building. The building is not ADA compliant. There are 5-6 steps to get into the buidling followed by a flight of stairs down to the therapy gym. It is required that your child can either be carried down the stairs or navigate the stairs with/without assistance. If you are local and would like to discuss the option of home therapy services, please reach out for additional information.
