Pricing Information

The pricing for intensives with 1 therapist/session is $150/session. This includes PT-only, OT-only, or combined PT and OT (ex: 1 session of each). 

Mini Intensive (1 week): 1x/day: $750.00 or 2x/day: $1500
Standard Intensive (2 weeks): 1x/day: $1500 or 2x/day: $3000
Deluxe Intensive (3 weeks): 1x/day: $2250 or 2x/day: $4500

The pricing for intensives with 2 therapists/session is $200/session. This includes PT and OT Co-treat.

Mini Intensive (1 week): 1x/day: $1000.00 or 2x/day: $2000
Standard Intensive (2 weeks): 1x/day: $2000 or 2x/day: $4000
Deluxe Intensive (3 weeks): 1x/day: $3000 or 2x/day: $6000

Upon booking an intensive an invoice will be sent for a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total cost of the intensive. This deposit is due within 5 days of receiving the invoice. This may be paid for with a credit card, debit card or zelle.

If an intensive needs to be cancelled or rescheduled due to a documented medical emergency, the deposit can be used for a future intensive to be scheduled within 1 year. The remainder of the intensive will be paid for at the end of each day.

An HSA/FSA can not be used for the deposit as they can not be charged for future events. If you're wanting to pay for the intensive with HSA/FSA, you will be provided a detailed receipt following completion of 20% of the intensive that can be submitted for reimbursement and all subsequent sessions can be billed directly to the HSA/FSA.
